Our story
HRTailor.AI was founded in 2025 with one clear purpose: to make professional Human Resource management accessible to everyone, regardless of company size, budget, or HR expertise.
We saw how much time HR professionals, business owners, and job seekers spent on repetitive, documentation-heavy HR tasks. Writing policies from scratch, formatting resumes, calculating salaries, and navigating complex labour laws. We believed AI could do this better, faster, and more accurately than any manual process.
So we built HRTailor.AI: a platform where anyone can get a professional, standardised, compliance-aware HR output in minutes, and then run the month-to-month HR in the same place. The HR OS adds an employee portal, leave, attendance, payroll runs, e-signatures and policy tracking on top of the tools, so a company without an HR team can operate like one that has one.

Abhijit Divekar

Since 2012, Abhijit has been leading TMS. He left his job at Deloitte USA and started his own business in India. Abhijit is entrepreneurial and during his IT engineering studies at Mumbai University, he worked on two ventures, one of which he sold successfully. Later, he pursued his Masters in Management at the University of Illinois at Chicago. HRTailor.AI was born from Abhijit's imagination and desire to democratise HR with the use of AI for all.
Makarand Gaikwad

Makarand brings a strong background in client service from his experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands like The Oberoi, Accor Hotels, and others across the UK, Singapore, and India. After completing his post-graduation in London, he transitioned into Human Resources. Makarand has been instrumental in the entire development of HRTailor.AI and continues to add immense value and expertise to the same.
