Version 1.2 · Effective Sep 03, 2026
SKAD Business Solutions Private Limited, operator of HRTailor.AI. Version 1.2, effective 3 September 2026. Replaces version 1.1 of the same date.
| Type | Examples | Purpose | When it runs | Your choice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in token (browser local storage), active company selector, cookie-choice memory, security and rate-limit identifiers | Keep you signed in, remember your choice, protect the Service | Always | Cannot be switched off; the Service will not work without them |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Web Analytics | Understand which public pages are used and how, so we can improve them | Only on public marketing pages, and only after you allow analytics in the banner | Allow or refuse in the banner; change any time at hrtailor.ai/cookies |
| Advertising | Google AdSense, Meta Pixel | Show and measure advertising on public pages | Only on public marketing and tool landing pages, and only after you allow marketing in the banner | Allow or refuse in the banner |
No analytics, session recording or advertising script runs on any signed-in page that shows workforce data, payroll, documents or your account. Those pages load only the strictly necessary items.
Analytics and advertising are off by default for every visitor, in every country, on every page. No analytics or advertising script loads or runs until you allow it in the banner. When you first visit, the banner asks for your choice; if you close it or do nothing, everything stays off. We record your choice, the version of this notice, and the time. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; it does not delete data already collected by the providers, which you can request from them directly.
Google LLC (Tag Manager, Analytics, AdSense), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), Cloudflare, Inc. (Web Analytics) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Pixel) receive the data their scripts collect, in the United States and elsewhere, under their own privacy policies. We configure analytics to anonymize IP addresses.
The Service uses browser local storage for your sign-in token and interface preferences. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
We honor your banner choice. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals separately.
We will update this notice when the tools we use change and will ask for your choice again if a new category is added.
For the cookie and analytics data described here, SKAD is the Data Fiduciary for your own visitor and account data. SKAD is the Data Processor for all workforce, candidate and employee data held in the Service, and no analytics or advertising script ever runs on the pages that show that data.
Change summary (version 1.2): consent section now states that analytics and advertising are off by default for every visitor everywhere and nothing runs until allowed; data roles section added; en-US spelling.
Earlier versions are listed on the legal history page.
